In StiCool, we have two types of temporary tattoo ink: temporary tattoo and semi-permanent tattoo. You need to make sure you understand the type of your choice, and you can get the information from the title of each product.
Temporary tattoo stickers are also known as disposable tattoo stickers. Their stains and patterns will naturally disappear after a few days or weeks, and can be removed with alcohol or lukewarm water. Compared with traditional tattooing methods, they do less harm to human skin and are easy to clean and remove. If you are a huge fan of tattoo and want to wear varied tattoos in different occasions, including club, party, carnival, musical festival, etc., temporary tattoo sticker will be a wonderful choice for you.
The semi-permanent herbal sticker takes gardenia, a plant of Rubiaceae, as its main raw material. Once contacting the skin, it will organically react with the protein on the cell membrane of keratinocytes in the outer layer of the skin, which makes the skin surface appear to be blue and dark blue eventually.
The skin is composed of epidermis, dermis and subcutaneous tissue. The epidermis consists of stratum corneum, basement membrane and basal layer, and the stain only remains in the stratum corneum. As the aging keratinocytes become metabolically inactive and die, the stain will gradually fade away. Therefore, there will be no side effects or cause less trauma to the skin. Generally speaking, semi-permanent tattoo can last for 2-4 weeks. (some differences existing between individuals)
*The pattern needs to fade naturally instead of being removed artificially. You should not rub the pattern until it is completely colored, otherwise, the pattern will be blurred.
*Avoid contacting other body parts, or the pattern will be reprinted.
*Avoid applying the tattoo into wounds or around the eyes.
*People with sensitive skin or under age of 5 should not use this product.
*If you feel uncomfortable, please remove the tattoo instantly and stop using it.
Semi-permanent tattoo will last about 2 weeks.
Temporary tattoos last at least 2-4 days. Some of the tats with fine lines may wear off sooner, but for the most part, they last about 4-5 days or even more. Try not to cover the temporary tattoo with tight fitting clothing.
They are waterproof, so you can shower or go to the swimming pool, but avoid scrubbing or rubbing the tattoo while bathing. Though temporary tattoos are normally waterproof, scrubbing or washing the tattoo directly will shorten its lifespan.
The tattoo will fade in a few days, but if you wish to remove it sooner, saturate the tattoo with household rubbing alcohol or baby oil, wait 10 seconds, and rub away the tattoo from dry skin by using several pieces of transparent household tape.
