We want you to feel comfortable and confident when shopping at StiCool, that’s why we offer a 14-day return policy. If there’s any quality issue with the products, please contact our customer service. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for other personal reasons, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and you will receive a refund (minus service fees) for items returned in their original condition. Please note that we can only issue the refund after we have received the returned items.
1. All items must be returned in their original condition, without scratches or signs of wear, and must not be resized or altered in any way. Items are treated as used if the sealing sticker on the packaging inside the shipping box is removed or tempered with.
2. We don't accept return, but if you have any question on your purchase, contact us through email or customer service, we will do our best to help you out.
3. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that has tracking on it. Returns with no tracking will not be processed.
5. For return, any promotional gifts received must be included with the returned items. Otherwise, the retail price of the promotional gift will be deducted from the refund.
Note: Please do not send your return to the shipping address on your package. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return. We will provide shipping instructions once you submit your returns request.

2. Items that were worn, or sent to you as replacement or exchange are not refundable.

* The shipping rate before discount, duties and/or taxes will apply and are non-refundable. Although you may have enjoyed free or undervalued shipping, we do incur the original cost of shipping for every order. Therefore, we do not refund our original shipping cost.
